The Balanced Spine Cancellation Policy: Please note that a $45 fee will be applied to your account if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancelled appointments.

Care Plan Policy

It is the policy of The Balanced Spine that all patients are on a program of care. The doctors of The Balanced Spine know that in order for a patient to reach the level of health that they deserve an established program of care is necessary. The patients of The Balanced Spine that achieve their health goals are the ones that follow through on their recommendations outlined by their doctors. Communication with The Balanced Spine is also essential to reaching your health goals; therefore patients are encouraged to discuss their care with their doctor. It is always the decision of the patient to continue on with care and The Balanced Spine honors the decision of its patients to continue or discontinue care. The Balanced Spine is first and foremost a place of service and will continue to serve our patients for as long as they want to be served.
