Doorway Stretch

Healthcare services imageI like this doorway stretch as it can create a deeper stretch. You can place your hands on the doorway at elbow height and use your weight leaning into the doorway to control the amount of stretch that you do. It is important that you go slow when easing into this stretch. Longer gentle stretches when you begin to open up parts of your body are much better than short and intense stretches.
